You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to Andover Liquors that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.
Shipping Policy:
We offer FedEx Ground Shipping Only.
An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Andover Liquors is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed.
We are sorry to say that state laws restrict the shipment of wine across state lines. Title and ownership of products, and all risks of loss, damage, fines or penalties, pass to the customer upon Andover Liquors’ delivery of the product to FedEx (or other shipper) for shipment to the customer.
Refunds and Returns:
Andover Liquors guarantees quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, we request that you contact us within 30 days of receipt for assistance. For fast communication, please email info@andoverliquors.com with you name, order number and products ordered. By law, Andover Liquors can only accept return of goods that are defective in quality. Refunds will be given under receipt of the product(s) to Andover Liquors, and returned orders will have a portion of the shipping charges refunded. The circumstances surrounding the order may impact our enforcement of this policy. When returning wine, kindly re-cork the bottle (no more than ¼ consumed) and ship it back to Andover Liquors. Please e-mail info@andoverliquors.com for shipping instructions so we are aware of the return. As is tradition in the wine trade, all bottles 10 years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk.
