The flavour of this internationally renowned wine is a beautiful balance between cool and ripe, pale straw with a green tinge. Captivating, brisk aromas of flowers, pepper and spearmint oil. Firm and bracing with very intense flavors of under-ripe pit fruits, gooseberry, minerals and licorice. Builds slowly towards the back and really saturates the palate & olafactories on the long finish.
